Caltech India is the manufacturer and supplier of CES 700 Cross Cutting Rule. It is used to test the adhesion of film with substrate (the thickness of dry film less than 250μm). It is popularly also known as Cross Cut Template and Cross Cutter Guide. It is a standard measuring tool which measures the coating film adhesion of paint, powder coating, plastic and wood. Cross Cut Template is used for measurements according to DIN EN ISO 2409, BS 3962-6 and ASTM D3359 Standard.
