Caltech India is the manufacturer and supplier of CES 109 Multi-Mode Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge with through coating PE & EE two modes with wide range of measurements. It can perform thickness measurements on a wide range of materials including all types of metals, plastic, ceramics glass and other materials. It is also capable for measuring the sound velocity of the object with known thickness. It’s widely used for monitoring the production equipment’s’ various pipelines and pressure vessel corrosion reducing degree in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and so on. It also can be used for making accurate measurement to various plates and machining parts.

It is the necessary professional precision instrument for improving the production efficiency and qualification rate as well as saving cost. Multi-mode: Pulse-Echo mode (P-E mode) and Echo-Echo mode (E-E mode). In Echo-Echo mode, it can test the wall thickness eliminating paint or coating thickness. Wide measuring range: Pulse-Echo mode: (0.65~600) mm (in Steel). Echo-Echo mode: (3~60) mm V-Path correction to compensate the nonlinearity of the probe. It has function for online transfer of the measured data to PC via USB.

Thru Coat Ultrasonic thickness gauge adopts the theory of sound wave to measure a wide range of material, such as metals, plastic, ceramics, composites, epoxies, glass and other ultrasonic wave well conductive materials.

Transducer models are available for special application, including for coarse grain material and high temperature applications.
