CES 102 Coating Thickness Gauge is a specialized measurement instrument designed to accurately assess very thick protective layers / coatings applied on ferrous metal substrates, particularly useful for heavy-duty industrial coatings. High Range Coating Thickness Gauge measure the thickness of non-conductive coating and non-ferromagnetic metal coating on ferromagnetic metal (such as iron, nickel and cobalt) surface. It is mainly used to measure the thickness of paint, anticorrosive coating, fire proof layer, enamel or ceramic protective layer on iron, stainless steel and etc.
CES 102 Coating Thickness Gauge for heavy coatings, has easy to replace the separation probe, its maximum range of 10mm, resolution of up to 1μm. When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe end to the surface of the object under test. In the process of the probe attaching into the instrument, the thickness of the metal surface coating can be measured by the instrument. CES 102 has a streamlined menu and data display interface to display both average, minimum and maximum values. In addition, the instrument contains large capacity memory. In the process of measurement, the instrument can count and record the measurement results.
